Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations concerns and provide guidance on workplace practices
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations
Collaborate with managers to resolve conflicts and recommend corrective actions
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of direct employee relations or HR experience in a corporate environment
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience in conducting workplace investigations
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources and conflict resolution
