LHH is assisting a client with their need for a Lease Administrator . This is a direct hire, hybrid opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update lease records.
- Review lease documents for key dates and obligations.
- Reconcile rent and expense payments, resolving discrepancies.
- CAM reconciliations.
- Operating expense recoveries.
- Prepare reports on lease status and deadlines.
- Address inquiries and support lease amendments or negotiations.
- Assisting with annual budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Organize and manage lease files and related documents.
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of lease administration or real estate experience.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Excel.Yardi experience preferred
