Your new role

As Regional Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple affordable housing communities. Initially, you will focus on HACLA-regulated properties, with the role evolving to include mixed HACLA / LIHTC communities. You will lead on-site teams, ensure compliance with HUD and other housing programs, manage budgets, and maintain high occupancy standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years of Regional Property Manager experience with HUD Project-Based Section 8 communities
• Affordable housing and permanent supportive housing experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi preferred)
• Fair Housing certification required; CAM or ARM designation preferred
