B2B Growth Digital Marketing Advisor, Primary+ Care
Evernorth is looking for a dynamic, results-driven marketer to join the Virtual and Workplace Care marketing team and drive business growth through a digital-first approach.
As our B2B Growth Marketing Advisor, you will lead integrated campaigns to engage our buyers from initial awareness through purchase and expansion.
Your expertise in digital marketing tactics will influence the stories we tell, content we create, and positioning of our solutions.
With that in mind, we’re looking for a self-starter motivated to solve business problems based on insights and that can break barriers when necessary.
To be successful, you will also take a test-and-learn approach focused on generating demand.
This role is pivotal in accelerating the trajectory of a growth business in the Evernorth portfolio, and you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and client success leaders to achieve that objective.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated, multichannel B2B marketing campaign strategy and execution across owned and paid channels, driving demand through to sales opportunities.
- Take a digital-first, test-and-learn approach in campaign development. Continuously monitor and evaluate performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Partner with sales leaders to refine audience targets and campaign goals, present on campaign results and impact on our sales and expansion pipeline.
Work closely with marketing operations & sales operations teams to measure results through to Marketo and Salesforce.
- Partner with our agency of record on integrated B2B campaigns, continually improving campaign performance through test-and-learn on assets, copy, and channels
- Develop new assets for B2B audiences to leverage in digital campaigns and channels (i.e., new landing pages, whitepapers, case studies).
Leverage audience research and competitive analysis to inform content themes, formats, and distribution channels.
- Build account-based marketing programs to drive expansion and top-tier new business targets.
- Partner with product teams to understand features, benefits, and use cases, incorporating insights into marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to gather customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies for use in multi-channel campaigns.
- Stay informed about trends, regulations, and advancements in the healthcare technology and virtual care solutions space.
Skills and Experience should include
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with proven results in B2B environments.
- Experience leveraging digital analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize performance.
- Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools, with experience in Marketo preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work from a Cigna office 3 days a week, as requested by the business
