Neurobehavioral Center for Growth is eager to welcome a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to our administrative team, we are looking for someone passionate about mental health care and excited about the prospect of making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. Responsibilities :

• Daily office attendance, serving as the welcoming face of our clinic. Facilitating patient check-ins, collecting copays, updating patient demographics and contributing to the smooth functioning of the office on a day-to-day basis
• Communicate with providers and clients in a timely professional manner.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Multi-tasking is a must. We often have several tasks to complete while also making sure that calls are getting answered and clients' needs are met.
• Receptionist Skills and Qualifications : Telephone Skills, Written and Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Suite, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Handles Pressure, Supply Management, Timeliness
• Managing patient check-outs and scheduling follow-up appointments
• Promptly addressing patient inquiries and messages via phone call, e-mail, text message, and electronic health record

Qualifications :

Schedule : Monday - Friday Approximately 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm - 4 or 5 days a week

This position is full-time working 30+ hours per week in our Bountiful and Layton offices. We ask all team members to be willing to work at all locations if needed for coverage for teammates.

Hourly pay based on experience.

Full-time employees working more than 30 hours per week are eligible for our benefits package after an eligibility and probationary period.
