Hours : 9 : 00am–5 : 00 / 6 : 00pm ET (occasional flexibility)
Seeking a polished, discreet, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a fantastic Vice President in a 1 : 1 capacity. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless daily operations, managing complex logistics, and serving as a professional liaison to clients and partners in the UHNW space.

What You’ll Do :
- Provide comprehensive 1 : 1 support to the Vice President, managing a complex and fast-paced calendar
- Coordinate meetings and act as a professional liaison with clients, advisors, and business partners
- Book detailed domestic and international travel
- Assist with client events — overseeing logistics, vendors, and onsite coordination
- Handle light personal assistance such as reservations, gifts, and occasional travel arrangements
- Manage administrative tasks including maintaining Salesforce data, and preparing presentations in PowerPoint and Excel
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams on client materials, event coordination, and special projects
- Leverage technology (Outlook, Salesforce, ChatGPT, Excel, PowerPoint) to improve efficiency and organization
- Represent the VP professionally in meetings, taking notes, ensuring follow-through, and maintaining confidentiality
