Summary of the Role

Were seeking a creative collaborative and motivated Product Marketing Senior Manager who blends customer insight data-driven decision making high analytical aptitude and go-to-market excellence to deliver material business outcomes.

About the Role

Customers Markets and Strategy

  • Spend significant time with customers and prospects to uncover unmet needs and jobs-to-be-done; turn insights into clear problem statements and opportunities.
  • Lead longer-range strategic thinking on product priorities including market sizing and other data-driven projects.
  • Generate and socialize business cases for new products and enhancements under the broader risk and fraud umbrella.
  • Partner closely with Product Management Engineering Sales Marketing and Research to shape roadmaps aligned to customer and market signals.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to ensure propositions meet market requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.

Go-To-Market and Outbound Execution

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for launches and feature releases : objectives segmentation positioning messaging channels timelines and success metrics.
  • Create and maintain differentiated messaging and proof points; ensure consistency across web sales assets demand gen and in-product surfaces.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to plan and execute campaigns across email paid media webinars field events and nurture programs; define audience offers and CTAs.
  • Build sales enablement : pitch narratives competitive battlecards discovery guides objection handling demo scripts and customer stories.
  • Develop customer reference programs and case studies that showcase measurable outcomes and risk / fraud impact.
  • Represent Thomson Reuters at key industry events and communities as a thought leader.
  • Data Insights and Experimentation

  • Manage a team of analysts who deliver data insights back to the team and various internal stakeholders (e.g. pipeline creation financial results specific initiative reporting).
  • Conduct market sizing and growth modeling to guide investment decisions.
  • Run A / B and multivariate tests on messaging pricing / packaging hypotheses etc; quantify business impact
  • Analyze product usage cohorts and adoption patterns to inform onboarding activation and expansion plays.
  • Leverage tools such as Excel SQL Tableau / Power BI Pendo and Salesforce (among others) for both recurring and ad-hoc data extraction and analysis.
  • About you

  • 5 years of professional experience in product marketing marketing product management strategy consulting or closely related roles.
  • Proven ability to develop portfolio- and product-level value propositions and translate them into clear compelling narratives.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort structuring ambiguous problems and synthesizing data into recommendations and action.
  • Experience planning and executing product launches and integrated GTM campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Product Sales Marketing and Executive teams.
  • Strong communication skills : can craft and deliver well-structured stories (e.g. business cases sales narratives) for internal and external audiences.
  • Growth mindset with a test-and-learn approach and strong bias for delivering business outcomes.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B SaaS data / analytics products or risk identity and fraud platforms.
  • Familiarity with compliance KYC / KYB AML payments risk account takeover or claims / fraud workflows.
  • Hands-on proficiency with CRM and marketing automation (e.g. Salesforce) andBI tools (e.g. Tableau / Power BI).
  • Comfort querying data (SQL) and building self-serve dashboards.
  • Background in pricing / packaging or monetization strategy.

  • Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations unless otherwise noted the base compensation range for this role is $116900 - $217100. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
