Relationship Manager
The Relationship Manager (RM) serves as a client-facing leader within the Federal Government and Labor Management Division, responsible for managing strategic relationships with federal agencies and labor organizations. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting complex Federal Government Programs that the bank runs on behalf of different agencies.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. Typically seven to eight or more years of corporate / commercial banking experience.
Preferred Skills / Experience
Strong relationship management and business development / sales skills. Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced knowledge of credit and credit quality. Thorough knowledge of bank products and services. Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships. Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
