Salary Range : $5 0 ,000- 65 ,000 / yr. depending on experience
Key Responsibilities :
Assists in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, financial statement analysis, and reconciling general ledger accountsSupports the creation and maintenance of the annual budget and forecastPerforms Treasury Management duties, including tracking bank account transactions and balances, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate and perpetual records of financial activitiesCollaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for various projects and initiativesUtilizes system knowledge to support financial analysis and reporting tasksPerforms data gathering, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial informationPrepares monthly banking reports as requiredProvides oversight and facilitates vendor disbursements, including processing physical checks and electronic paymentQualifications :
B.S. Degree in Accounting2+ years of professional experience preferableProficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience working with large datasetsExperience with general ledger softwareExperience with Microsoft Dynamics SL a plusExhibits organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills alongside strong analytical and reasoning abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates a positive team attitude while being self-motivated and capable of working independentlyAssumes other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as directedMcBride is an Equal Opportunity Employer
