Help Desk Support Specialist Responsibilities :

• Respond to IT support requests from employees via phone, email, or in person
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and update software applications
• Provide training and support to users on IT systems and applications
• Document IT support tickets and resolutions
• Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
