About the Role :   The IT Help Desk & Support Specialist role is essential to keeping our tech environment running smoothly  and efficiently. From resolving support tickets and maintaining our FileMaker systems to managing hardware  inventory and ensuring proper documentation, you'll be the go-to person for daily IT operations and long-term  system reliability.

Success in this role means staying ahead of recurring tasks, keeping systems clean and updated, and ensuring  minimal downtime across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive in solving issues before they  become problems, keeps clear documentation, and ensures that all users are supported, trained, and  empowered to work efficiently with the tools they have.

You'll come to work every day if you Get, Want, and have the Capacity for :

1. Resolve IT issues & tickets

2. Perform manual data work, cleanup, and ad-hoc reporting

3. Complete & document reoccurring tasks and workflows

4. Maintain and update FileMaker solutions

5. Reoccurring training and computer maintenance

6. Asset inventory management

7. Processes and procedures documented

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles
  • Proficient with FileMaker (maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting)
  • Strong Excel or data manipulation skills for ad-hoc reporting and cleanup
  • Familiarity with asset tracking and inventory management tools
  • Able to follow and document recurring tasks and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized with multiple workflows
  • Experience training users on basic IT processes and conducting routine system maintenance
  • Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive information professionally

    We offer a rate of $22-$26 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Prescription, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability, Employee Assistance Program, and 401(k). Teammates may also be eligible for 15 days of vacation / ESST, 8 volunteer hours, and 8 company holidays (plus one floating holiday per year).
