What an Analyst, Client Delivery, North America Social Impact & Sustainability does at Visa?

The Analyst, Client Delivery will play a critical part in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of products, services, and events for our clients. The role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate deliverables, track progress, and ensure timelines are met. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and is eager to learn and grow in a client-facing role.

Essential Functions

• Support the end-to-end delivery of client products, services, and event activations.
• Manage project timelines, task lists, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams to coordinate client-related tasks.
• Assist in preparing client materials, presentations, and status reports.
• Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendor communication, and on-site support.
• Track and update project progress in internal systems and tools.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to delivery leads.
• Provide post-delivery support, including gathering client feedback and supporting reporting needs.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 72,000.00 to 101,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
