Summary of Duties and Responsibilities :
As a Part-Time Event Activation Specialist at Meldon Law, you will play a vital role in our firm's community engagement and marketing efforts.
You will be responsible for creating memorable and impactful experiences at various community events, Florida Gator partnered events and other outreach initiatives.
Your duties and responsibilities include :
Event Planning and Coordination :
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, organize, and execute events and activations that align with the firm's objectives.
Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, signage, equipment, and promotional items.
On-Site Event Management :
Capture photos and videos of the activation (if needed) for social media content.
Represent the law firm professionally at events, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for attendees.
Embody the firm's brand and messaging, ensuring consistency in all interactions.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Event Reporting :
Complete inventory of promotional items the following business day after each event and return to the marketing team.
Maintain awareness of all materials used during activations (tent, banners, tablecloths, etc.) and ensure all items are kept clean and organized.
Notify the marketing team if an item is damaged or is beginning to show wear and tear immediately)
Provide recommendations for future events and improvements
