Salary Range : $21 / hour - $23 / hour

Trulite is NOW HIRING!We are looking for a HR Shared Services Coordinator.

This is an onsite position.

The HR Shared Services Coordinator is the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, issues and requests regarding benefit programs, payroll, general HR policies and program support for field HR Business Partners, Operations Business Partners, and employees.

An administrative professional dedicated to supporting our employees through efficient service delivery to enhance the employee experience and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.

• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Bilingual in Spanish
