We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis in Atlanta, Georgia. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including payroll assistance, reporting, and compliance. This position offers the opportunity to work 20 hours per week while contributing to the smooth operation of our human resources department.
Responsibilities :
- Generate, analyze, and maintain accurate HR reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in processing payroll efficiently and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Utilize tools like Excel and ADP Workforce Now to manage and track HR data effectively.
- Support HR compliance by ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and company standards.
- Perform background checks and maintain accurate records for new hires and existing employees.
- Manage and update HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- Proven experience in human resources administration or coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is essential.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and related compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting background checks and maintaining confidential employee records.
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and their applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR compliance standards and best practices.
