About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analysis Senior Consultant to join our growing team. This highly visible and strategic role will focus on supporting Sales Leaders and shaping dealer partner incentive and compensation programs. You will own the strategy, design, and analytics behind programs that directly impact dealer behavior and profitability, with particular emphasis on Administrative Fee modeling, Sales Compensation programs, and dealer economics. Importantly, this role is not limited to incentive modeling work. You will also act as a strategic business advisor to Sales Leaders, providing financial support that helps them make better decisions, strengthen dealer partner relationships, and identify growth opportunities across the business. While your primary focus will be Sales, this role provides exposure across the full P&L and the chance to influence broader ADS priorities.

Compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 - 114,175.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
