Maintenance Supervisor Anaheim California $85,000 to $95,000 + Bonus
Join a leading manufacturing company with a strong commitment to reliability and safety. This division of global manufacturer company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of skilled Maintenance Mechanics and Technicians in a highly automated production facility.
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of industrial, mechanical, and electrical maintenance of high-speed automated manufacturing lines including machinery like conveyors, sorting systems, wrapping or packaging equipment.
- More than three years of experience leading maintenance teams as a Supervisor or Manager in automated production facilities.
High-speed operations like food, beverage, OTC pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods are preferred.
- Strong Electrical troubleshooting abilities with VFDs, motor starters, and PLCs.
- Must be able to troubleshoot / understand PLC Ladder Logic .
- Proficiency with formal ERP systems, CMMS and Microsoft Excel
- US Citizenship, Permanent Residency (Green Card) or, TN Visa is required.

- Direct maintenance staff and track daily assignments, goals, and objectives
- Implement and track maintenance KPIs to ensure reliability and process efficiency
- Analyze operational data and equipment performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Schedule mechanics and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Oversee maintenance work orders and document corrective actions
