This client-facing sales role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with accounting and finance leaders while driving business growth through staffing and recruiting solutions.
About the Role
In this role, you will develop new client relationships and manage existing accounts, serving as a trusted partner to organizations seeking top accounting and finance talent. You will oversee the full sales cycle-from prospecting and outreach to account management and ongoing client service. Once a placement is made, you will continue to nurture the relationship and ensure client satisfaction.

1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or staffing (internships welcome)
Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels of an organization
Skilled at connecting with others through phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings

Compensation and Benefits
First-year : $65,000-$80,000
Experienced : $75,000-$100,000+
