Our client is a client-focused financial advisory firm looking for a proactive and polished Client Services Coordinator. This role supports both the internal team and clients, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service.
A Day in the life of the Client Services Coordinator :
Answer and direct incoming calls; greet clients in a professional, friendly manner
Schedule appointments and manage advisor calendars
Prepare and process client paperwork accurately
Maintain organized client files and handle sensitive documents securely
Assist with communications, follow-ups, and occasional client events
Requirements for the Client Services Coordinator :
2+ years in an administrative or client service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
