Client Event Coordinator
We're seeking a Client Event Coordinator to join our dynamic Client Experience team within our Business Development and Marketing department. This role plays a key part in executing high-quality, client-facing events that strengthen relationships and elevate the firm's brand. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing details from planning to on-site execution.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning and flawless execution of events, including client strategy sessions, networking receptions and client partnerships.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless event execution and overall client satisfaction.
- Oversee event outreach and attendee managementfrom invitation and RSVP creation and tracking to post-event reportingusing CRM and event management tools (DealCloud experience a plus).
- Assist the Senior Event Manager in development of event campaigns.
- Maintain accuracy across event data, deliverables, and internal communications.
- Provide on-site support at key events.
Qualifications
24 years of event coordination experience in a professional services or corporate environment. Legal industry experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with structure and precision.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working directly with attorneys and senior stakeholders.High attention to detail, strong administrative discipline, and tech fluency (Microsoft Office Suite; CRM / event systems experience preferred).Flexible and willing to travel for on-site event support (including occasional evenings and weekends).
