Lead Coordinator, Office Operations (Part-Time)

Location : Remote positions are open to applicants based anywhere in the continental U.S. Hybrid positions are open to applicants based in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

The Role
This Phoenix-based, part-time, in-office Office Operations Coordinator is responsible for the overall operations and purchasing needs of the National Office, including overseeing general customer service, vendors, shipping and receiving, office equipment management, and facility requests.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Demonstrated experience managing daily office operations including mail opening and distribution, purchasing, and office configuration
- Demonstrated experience supporting the vendor selection process
- Strong written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with internal / external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and make timely decisions with sound judgment
- Ability to take initiative, be innovative, and work independently
Duties & Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve tenant requests by working with the property managerMaintain working environment and equipment in clean and orderly mannerManage electronic and physical check deposits in collaboration with a cross-functional teamMaintain budgets and review operations-related expenses, periodically involved with renegotiating contractsManage Ticket request system as it pertains to Facilities & Operations, working with the property managerAct as primary liaison to building management and securityManage on and off-site records storage, review inventory, and obtain proper authority to destroy old recordsSupport reporting required for compliance with the Maricopa County Travel Reduction ProgramOther duties as assignedQualifications
Located in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding areas3 5 years of experience in office management and operationsKnowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsWorking knowledge of nonprofit organizations is helpfulWorking Conditions
