Inbound Receiver

The following candidate needs to be able to lift up to 50 to 60 pounds. The boxes are car parts. The inbound receiver is responsible for receiving, inspecting and processing all incoming shipments and material. This role ensures that products are accurately received and documented and stored in the correct locations. The role requires the person to have RF GUN experience and be able to inspect deliveries for accuracy, quality and damages. Verify that packing and purchased order are correct in the invoices. Label and tag material accurately for inventory control. This role requires to be able to count material and communicate any discrepancies or damages good to supervisor.

Key responsibilities :

• Basic computer skills
• Able to confirm quantities in orders coming in and leaving out
• Lift 50-60 pounds max
• Inspect incoming shipments
• Document / record keeping on the computer
• Excel spreadsheets basic knowledge
• Email responding and sending
• Coordinate and relay inventory control issues / errors
• Identify quality problems and any discrepancies in incoming and going orders
