Job Title
Responsible for the administrative oversight of assigned programs, including : staff supervision and development, quality assurance functions, program administration, and timely and accurate weekly staff, program, and member schedules.
Key Responsibilities :
Fulfill all job functions and expectation duties of the Sr. Director. Ensure all functions below the level of Sr. Director are filled. Maintain contractual obligations with various funding sources. Maintain acceptable levels of service throughout the program. Oversee HR practices : recruitment, orientation, training, and retention. Ensure appropriate program financial management. Oversee progressive program development. Ensure members' health, safety, and well-being. Develop and ensure compliance with Department of Human Services Policies and Procedures (member and program funds). Ensure the adequacy of members' employment and recreation. Oversee the annual Individual Support Plan for program membership. Ensure appropriate member / staff relations. Ensure program compliance with all licensing standards to include development of licensing inspections and protocols. Oversee the Periodic Service Review and implement quality control. Cooperate with agency, legal authorities, and DHS inspections / investigations. Ensure compliance with public health mandates (e.g., mask-wearing during pandemics). Know your way around Microsoft Office. Keep records sharp and updated in Carelogic (our Electronic Health Record).
