Core Responsibilities / Duties :

Review, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts; prepare adjusting journal entries.

Prepare monthly financial statements and communicate effectively with non-financial colleagues.

Prepare month-end reconciliation between the general ledger and reporting software.

Analyze transactions for proper coding and assignment of revenue and expenses.

Assist in preparing complex month-end reports.

Prepare intercompany reconciliations.

Provide support for prepaid and inventory accounting.

Interact positively with internal teams and outside stakeholders.

Qualifications / Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Accounting or finance internships are welcomed.

Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
