Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in office work. A bachelor's degree from a college or university can substitute for years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and extended hours, as needed, with short notice.

Duties And Responsibilities

Review assigned complaints and conduct an initial investigation into alleged occurrences of election law violations and irregularities. This will require you to :

Monitor the status of your assigned cases by regularly communicating with the Director of OECS, law enforcement, and other relevant officials. Continually update the electronic case file management database to maintain an accurate status of your assigned cases until they are closed. Upon conclusion of the Department of State's investigation, provide a written response to each individual who submitted an Elections Fraud Complaint initiating the case. Complete any specialty assignments outside of routine analytic duties, including project management, operational support, systems administration, inventory tracking, or other duties not covered in the other performance expectations. Perform other related work as assigned by an OECS supervisor or the Director.
