Job Description
Quality Manager key responsibilities :
- Oversee the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, including customer requests, return evaluations, and authorization issuance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, providing timely updates and resolution support.
- Lead a team of engineers in performing failure analysis on returned products and preparing technical reports.
- Analyze return data and generate performance metrics, such as PPM (parts per million) and cycle time to closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to address and resolve product-related issues.
- Drive corrective and preventive action initiatives based on customer feedback and product performance trends.
- Align customer satisfaction goals with internal quality processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Implement systems to capture and analyze customer feedback, using insights to inform continuous improvement efforts.

Quality Manager successful qualities :
B.S. in Electrical Engineering, or other engineering degreeStrong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage direct reports effectively.In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, RMA processes, and customer-facing quality standards.Experience with failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective / preventive action implementation.Proficiency in analyzing quality data and generating actionable performance metrics and reports.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Familiarity with electronic components or power systems, along with technical aptitude for problem-solving.Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail.What's on Offer
