Epic Healthy Planet Analyst

A company is looking for an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst to join their IT team remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the configuration and maintenance of Epic Healthy Planet tools and reporting dashboards

Collaborate with teams to translate population health goals into Epic workflows

Design and implement solutions for care management and quality improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

Epic Healthy Planet Certification / Accreditation is required

5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ years without a degree

Experience in application build for Epic Healthy Planet is required

Familiarity with CMS quality programs and risk adjustment is preferred

Build experience with other Epic modules is advantageous
