New York Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Broker-Dealer.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect and manage project structures and plans to fulfill business strategies collaborating with senior stakeholders

Lead cross-functional teams across multiple divisions, managing large program budgets and ensuring alignment with program goals

Proactively assess project health, identifying risks, and implementing improvements to enhance delivery capabilities

Required Qualifications :

At least 10 years of experience in PMO functions and managing end-to-end change programs in banking / financial services

Proven experience managing business projects in the broker-dealer or investment advisor space

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent and PMP Certification are strongly preferred

Strong understanding of broker-dealer setup and operations

Management consulting background in Wealth Management / Investment Management is highly preferred
