Your Duties as a Frontier Account Manager Trainee involve :

Conduct D2D outreach to promote Frontier’s internet, TV, and phone services.

Build relationships with customers and help them choose the right packages.

Track outreach activity and customer feedback for future account management.

Collaborate with fellow Frontier Account Manager Trainees to refine strategies and improve performance.

Learn the fundamentals of account management and campaign planning.

Stay updated on product offerings and market trends.
