Position Responsibilities

Ensure that new product information and visuals are accurate, complete, and compelling for catalogue and website meetings.

Develop creative product positioning, considering both existing product relations and customer perspectives.

Review market research and internal reports to anticipate product trends, competitors, and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with Creative, Merchandising, and Internet departments on product development and online marketing efforts.

Analyze customer return reports to identify patterns and work towards reducing return rates.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Access is a plus.

Experience with AS400 or databases is a plus.

Strong communication skills.
