As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented individual to join us as a Corporate Designer and Trainer to help support and continue training for our Up Closets Franchisees.
Position Overview :
As a Corporate Designer and Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training new franchise owners and supporting them once they open their location.
It is important and necessary that you have a passion for design and organization. You will need very good technology skills in order to flourish in this position, as the majority of your work will be working with a design software.
This job is located in Nashville, TN but we may be moving closer to Williamson County, TN in the next few months. Perks if you have previous design experience!
Key Responsibilities :
- Being an ongoing support team member for our Franchisees to call upon for extra help on the training software.
- Designing / Updating training presentations, materials, and that align with our brand identity and messaging.
- Developing and conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance design skills and proficiency among new and current owners.
- Creating comprehensive training materials, resources, and tutorials to support ongoing learning and development initiatives.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to owners on design principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications :
- Strong proficiency in design, home organization and familiarity with design tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and techniques effectively.
- Has to have great communication skills, passion for working with people, and love for interior design / custom closets.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs or workshops.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for staying updated on emerging design trends and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
