Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to direct our dynamic team of outside sales representatives in the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams to excellence.

This role requires a strong ability to drive sales strategy, nurture client relationships, and foster a culture of accountability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of outside sales representatives, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

Qualifications :

  • Proven leadership experience in financial services sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Compensation and Benefits :

  • First-Year Potential Earnings : Anticipated at $120,000, inclusive of base pay, bonuses, and residuals.
