We are exclusively recruiting for a leading aircraft leasing company that is looking for a Paralegal or Senior Paralegal to join their team in Stamford, Connecticut. Responsibilities : Assist the legal team with documentation and transactional support. Structure and prepare various legal documents and agreements, including lease modifications, side agreements, conditions precedent, and corporate approvals. Prepare documents in support of lease agreements, restructuring deals, and warranties. Manage sale closures, ensuring all required documentation is accurately delivered and completed. Coordinate with internal teams on transactional workflows. Confirm that all transactional documentation is properly prepared, completed, and filed as required. Draft and review essential documents such as leases, agreements, and correspondence. Maintain organized, secure filing of documents according to company guidelines. Experience : Prior experience working in an aircraft lessor or law firm preferred Relevant qualification Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents A market-leading package is on offer.
