Key Responsibilities
Manage customer programs by aligning stakeholders with key activities and strategic priorities
Coordinate resources and orchestrate strategic customer initiatives to ensure successful engagement
Track and report on account-level progress, milestones, and insights to internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a consulting, customer success, project management, or professional services role within enterprise B2B SaaS
7+ years of overall professional experience in the software, consulting, or product industries
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and translate business goals into measurable outcomes
Strong project management experience; PMO certification is a plus
Experience in Analytics, Experimentation, or Martech products is a plus
