Sales Representative

IntegriServ Cleaning System s, a Clean Team subsidiary, Commercial Cleaning Company, seeks a Sales representative to cover the greater Cleveland area.

The ideal candidate can provide self-generated leads. Responsibilities include converting prospective customers into new account starts and providing ongoing support and services.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Grow the branch through Sales and Retention of customers
• Form business relationships through networking, face-to-face canvassing, cold calling and other methods.
• Run scheduled appointments and cold calls. Meet and work prospects.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and franchisee team.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and franchisee
• Manage new Customer Start-up processes

Qualifications

• 1-2 years business-to-business sales experience
• Solid work ethic, goal-driven, competitive and self-motivated
• Basic computer skills including MS Office required
• Motivating and outgoing personality a must
• Exceptionally organized, effective at time management, and demonstrated follow-up abilities
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance required.
