Were looking for an experienced Office / Admin Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly as we continue to grow.
Position Summary :
As the Office Manager, you will oversee daily administrative operations, support company systems and procedures, and provide leadership to our office staff. Youll play a key role in maintaining office efficiency and supporting a high-performance team culture in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily office operations, systems, and workflow to support company goalsReview customer sales folders for accuracy and ensure all required documentation is completeDesign and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiencyRecruit, onboard, and train new office employeesSupervise and coach staff to ensure high performance, positive morale, and accountabilityManage employee time and attendance tracking and payroll-related reportingServe as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and internal departmentsPrepare reports, coordinate schedules, and ensure office supplies are stockedContribute to a team environment by completing related administrative tasks as neededQualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or a related administrative leadership roleStrong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismStrong interpersonal and leadership skills to guide, support, and manage staffAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracyMust demonstrate regular and dependable attendancePreferred Attributes :
