We are seeking a senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shop User Growth team. The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users / customers WW.
We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok Shop.
Responsibilities- Working for the user growth of TikTok Shop (E-commerce business), you will design and execute scalable growth strategies worldwide while focusing on peculiarities.
- Responsible for establishing the User Growths inventory management platform. Support TikTok Shops marketplace on both the customer's and seller's side to ensure continuous sustained customer growth.
- Collaborating with science and supply chain teams for demand forecasting, developing the technical architecture for predictions, and implementing in-stock and inventory algorithms for TikTok Shop products.
- Automate Demand Boost and Suppression activities by brainstorming Seller pain points, mitigations, and driving adoption to ensure sustained inventory demand.
- You will gather and adopt new features for our internal customers, track the realized impacts, and communicate results with senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or above.- 3+ years of experience in supply chain or inventory management.- Experience developing or maintaining Machine Learning Models and algorithms.
- Experience with team management and independently responsible for core business metrics.- Strategic and logical thinker with adequate planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications- Masters Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or inventory management. - 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or operations in a technology company.
- Experience directly collaborating with engineering, data science, and other science teams on product-related enhancements.
