HR Consultant

A company is looking for a Physician & APP Onboarding Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Provides consultative services and support for human resource issues and initiatives

Leads project teams in the development and implementation of comprehensive programs and change initiatives

Consults with leaders to assess workplace environment and recommends programs or actions based on data analysis

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree required

3 years of related experience required

HR certification (i.e., CCP, PHR, SPHR or CEBS) preferred

Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred

Experience with PeopleSoft or similar HRIS preferred
