Title : Technical Recruiter / Sourcer – Contract to Hire

Location : Buffalo Grove, IL (Onsite Monday–Thursday, non-negotiable)

Type : Contract-to-Hire (6–9 months)

Pay Range : $39–41 / hr

Start : ASAP

You’ll join a fast-expanding, cutting-edge manufacturing organization that is scaling up its footprint in high-precision, technical production—especially in medical manufacturing and related industries. Growth is fueling demand for a larger recruiting engine, and we need someone who doesn’t just wait for candidates—but actively hunts them down.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively source, engage, and pipeline candidates for roles across the manufacturing spectrum : technicians, quality inspectors, engineers, industrial labor, and management.
• Seamlessly partner with hiring teams to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conduct screening calls, full candidate qualification, and hand off for further interviewing.
• Maintain and manage metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, etc.).
• Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where speed and quality matter equally.
