With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 4 / 5, our diverse staff includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Paramedics, Unit Secretaries and Providers whose goal is to create a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional care. We take pride in our facility being a Certified Chest Pain and Primary Stroke Center. With an average daily census of 106 patients, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality emergency medical care in a fast-paced environment.\n\nHow you'll contribute\n\nA Registered Nurse (RN), who excels in this role : \n

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs\n
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions\n
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient\n
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record\n
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient\n

Additional requirements include : \n\n
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.\n\n
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.\n\n
• TNCC, NRP, ENPC, CEN preferred\n\n
