Overview :
A highly regarded financial institution is seeking a strategic leader to head up its Network Operations Analytics and Automation efforts. This is a critical role responsible for transforming global network operations through advanced automation, AI-driven analytics, and innovative solutions that drive uptime, reliability, and efficiency.
This position offers the chance to lead a global team of engineers and analysts, deliver next-gen automation, and align technology strategies with core business goals within a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and lead high-performing global teams across analytics and software engineering.
- Define and execute a strategy for network automation and data-driven operations.
- Drive automation-first approaches to minimize manual tasks and reduce downtime.
- Implement centralized analytics, self-healing systems, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and track operational KPIs and service-level objectives.
- Ensure regulatory and security compliance across all automation initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Leadership Responsibilities :
Conduct performance reviews and manage career development initiatives.Oversee workforce planning and financial oversight within the team.Communicate enterprise strategies clearly and consistently.Identify and manage risks while championing a culture of accountability.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.15+ years in network operations, automation, and team leadership.Expertise in technologies such as Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps, Splunk, Python, React JS, Django, MySQL, and Redis.Experience with AI / ML-driven observability and analytics tools.Proven ability to lead technical teams across complex global organizations.Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.Understanding of public and hybrid cloud networking environments.Skill Sets Required :
