Role : Sr. Technology Manager - Analytics and Automation
Location : Jersey City, N.J. (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on technology leader with deep expertise in network automation, analytics, and AI-driven operational solutions. This role will oversee a global team responsible for developing and delivering advanced analytics capabilities, centralized reporting frameworks, and self-healing automation that enhances stability, reduces downtime, and drives operational agility across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of network automation, analytics, and AI / ML-driven observability solutions.
- Manage a global team of engineers, analysts, and developers; foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
- Implement self-healing and automated remediation capabilities to improve uptime and operational resilience.
- Drive the development of centralized reporting platforms and automation frameworks that improve visibility and reduce manual effort.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Champion operational excellence and standardized processes across teams and platforms.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of progressive experience in large-scale enterprise technology environments, with a track record of leading global teams.Strong knowledge of network protocols and network architectures.Expertise in automation, orchestration, and observability technologies, including :Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps methodologiesSplunk, AI / ML analytics platformsPython, React JS, Django for custom application and automation developmentDatabase technologies such as MySQL and RedisDemonstrated success delivering advanced analytics, data science, and AI-enabled insights in production environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and organizational change management skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.Knowledge of public and hybrid cloud networking environments.Familiarity with Agile / SCRUM processes and delivery methodologies.
