Immediate Job Duties
Assemble tax returnsPrint and assemble tax returns and save the return to our electronic filing system through tax softwareExperience processing tax returnsPrepares and returns original tax documents to clientTransmits documents, such as PDF copies of return, estimated payments as requested by tax signerHelps with preparing the engagement letters and updating spreadsheet when neededProvide frontline and backup support to the tax departmentConfers with clients by telephone in attempt to determine status of tax returnsAssist in resolving E-file errors by contacting the signerOrder tax departmental supplies as neededAbility to work additional hours as neededAssist in organizing and coordinating arrival of client documentsSoft Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skillsTeam player, works well with others on the teamAbility to manage multiple tasks and manage timeMust be detailed oriented and organizedProfessional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to work independently with little supervisionAdapts to fast-paced environment, especially during busy seasonSeniority level
