What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, suspicious activity, or hazards within the location.

Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and healthcare staff to address security-related matters and support a secure environment.

Complete required logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner as part of daily duties.

Minimum Requirements

Hospital vaccination requirements must be met.

Must be able to work in hospital morgue environments.

Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
