Responsible for cleaning your personal workspace to ensure a pristine prep stationAdhere to health codes and safety regulations daily by checking the cleanliness of storage areas and food prepCommunicate with the chef regarding any assistance with kitchen support, management or any BOH needsCollaborate with servers to ensure that orders are completed on time and according to requestsDemonstrate and emphasize the importance of recipe consistency to maintain the quality of each dish per Bottega Louie standardsPerform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on dutyDemonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, enthusiasm, initiative and have exceptional communication skillsUnderstand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brandCOMPENSATION
