What You'll Do

As a Professional Learning Operations Manager, you'll champion operational excellence for educator learning programs, driving innovation and impact across Edmentum. In this role you will :

• Shape and execute operational strategies that elevate professional learning experiences
• Manage budgets and resources to maximize team effectiveness
• Harness data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Optimize logistics and delivery processes to boost educator engagement and satisfaction
• Foster cross-team collaboration for higher delivery rates and measurable learning outcomes
• Lead quality assurance initiatives and champion ongoing optimization
• Take on evolving responsibilities as business needs grow

Who You Are

Pay range for this role : $80,000 - $90,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
