Base Pay Range
$100 / h – $100 / h (equivalent to $200,000 / year)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and coach Guides to deliver world‑class workshops at Alpha.Design Guide Playbooks documenting facilitation best practices and learning activities.Deliver actionable coaching to Guides to maximize student participation and outcomes.Serve as direct mentor to a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques.What You Won’t Be Doing
Develop lesson plans – Guides use adaptive applications; your priority is training them as motivators.Compromise on expectations – uphold a 100% success benchmark.Run uninspiring professional development sessions.Basic Requirements
Currently located at or willing to relocate to one of the Alpha campuses listed above.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Minimum 5 years professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fields.Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience building high‑performing teams.Direct experience working with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.Competence in data analysis and using performance metrics for continuous improvement.Legal authorization to work in the United States.Interested candidates should apply through the Crossover platform.
