Job description

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer / Technical Support Representative / Product Consultant - SaaS Pre-Sales Technical Demos.

Key Responsibilities

Give product demos for sales, product training, and initial setup

Handle inbound technical support calls and emails

Answer product-related technical questions and file tickets for product issues

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in supporting SaaS products

Strong foundation in OS and Database / Server technology (Windows, MS SQL, Oracle, LDAP)

Exceptional presentation skills and customer-driven approach

History of consistently meeting and exceeding goals and expectations

Strong references from previous managers / supervisors
