The Implant Sales Director will lead sales strategy, execution, and growth initiatives for our implant division.
This individual will oversee a team of regional sales representatives, drive key account development, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and clinical education teams.
A strong background in dental implants, dental devices, or cosmetic healthcare is highly preferred to ensure rapid success in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Recruit, manage, and coach a high-performing sales team across designated territories.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with dental surgeons, cosmetic dentists, and key opinion leaders.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive market share growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales tools, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
- Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team knowledge of products, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Forecast sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report regularly to leadership.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in dental and cosmetic health.
Qualifications :
7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.Proven success selling dental implants, dental devices, cosmetic medical products, or related healthcare products .Strong network within dental practices, dental service organizations (DSOs), or cosmetic health providers is a significant plus.Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable, measurable plans.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Preferred Attributes :
