DescriptionDecember 2024 RN Residency - Various SpecialtiesProvidence is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Alaska Medical Center.

An RN Residency with Providence will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty.

Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors.

If you are a recent graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, then the Providence resident program is for you.

This position starts on December 2, 2024.Full-Time, Night and Variable shifts available$10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

Required Qualifications : Graduation from an accredited nursing programAlaska Registered Nurse License upon hireNational Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hireGraduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or lessWork with a preceptor and assume increasing responsibility during the residencyDemonstrate competencies in populations served at completion of residencyWhy Join Providence?
